Dear Friends in Christ,
I would like to thank you for your response to Our Catholic Appeal. This annual appeal allows our Diocese of Orlando to provide quality services, formation and outreach in nine counties of Central Florida. Next week I will have the first update on what we have raised towards our assessment of $597,000. If you have not yet responded please take time to complete a pledge card. On behalf of Bishop Noonan and those who will benefit from your generosity, I express my sincere gratitude.
Lent is coming quickly! Ash Wednesday will be celebrated on March 5. Have you begun thinking of how you will journey closer to the Lord this Lent?
When you come before the Lord, please whisper my name to the Almighty. Thank you for including all of our Priests and Religious Sisters as well. Please pray that we can be the servants that you and your loved ones need. We will remember you and your intentions in our time with the Lord. May we meet each day in our prayers!
