Thank you for your Support of our Parish, Ministries and Outreach

“How shall I make a return to the Lord for all the good God has done for me?” -Psalm 16:12

How can I be a good steward of my treasure?

Christian stewardship begins with gratitude. Everything we have—our lives, our abilities, our time, and our material blessings—is ultimately a gift from God. Our giving is one way we return thanks to Him and participate in the mission of His Church.

As we prayerfully consider our giving, we are invited to:

    • Recognize that all we have is a gift from God.
    • Give with a grateful heart, seeing our offering as a response to God’s generosity.
    • Give intentionally and proportionately, according to the blessings and circumstances of our lives.
    • Grow in generosity over time, trusting God and making charitable giving a meaningful part of our Christian life.

The biblical tradition of the tithe—10 percent—is a helpful guide for Christians seeking to grow in generous stewardship. One way to consider that giving is:

5 percent to your parish through the weekly Sunday offertory

1 percent to the Diocese of Orlando Catholic Appeal

4 percent to other charitable needs, including second collections, assistance to the poor, and charities or ministries that are important to you

The 10 percent tithe is offered as a goal and a spiritual practice, not as a requirement. Each household’s circumstances are different. What matters most is that our giving is prayerful, intentional, generous, and offered freely from the heart.

Through the generosity of our parishioners, our parish is able to worship, serve, teach, care for those in need, and continue the mission Christ has entrusted to us.
