Dear Friends in Christ,
During this time of year students at all levels are returning to school. This past week our parish school, Annunciation Catholic Academy, as well as Seminole County returned to class. Orange County and other schools return this week if they have not already. I hope that the 2014-15 academic year is off to a good start for all students, teachers and administrators. May the new school year be filled with safety, wisdom and joy.
The beginning of school also elicits thoughts of cool breezes, no humidity and the Fall Festival. Yes… the 2014 Fall Festival will be held on the weekend of October 10,11 and 12! This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to celebrate as a parish family and also to welcome the local community to our parish campus. I hope you are excited about getting involved in the 2014 Fall Festival as there are many opportunities for you to share your time and talent in this wonderful event. Contained in this bulletin is a summary of the various ways that you and your family can be involved in this year’s Fall Festival. Thank you for praying for the success of the 2014 Fall Festival!
When you come before the Lord this week, please whisper my name (and the names of the Priests and Sisters who serve our parish) to the Almighty. Know that we will pray for you, your loved ones and your intentions. We may not see each other each day but may we meet each day in our prayers!
