Annunciation Catholic Church – Schedule Changes due to Hurricane Irma
Due to the anticipated effects of Hurricane Irma in our area please note the following:
All Faith Formation, Ministry and Social events beginning Saturday, September 9
th through Monday, September 11th  are cancelled or rescheduled.  Specifically, the following events have been affected:
  • Youth Ministry “Rock the Universe” field trip:  Cancelled, Refunds have been issued.
  • RCIA Retreat:  Rescheduled to Sunday, September 17th at 2:00 pm.
  • Rite of Welcome:  Rescheduled to Sunday, September 17th during 5:30 pm Mass.
  • Sunday School Opening Weekend:  Rescheduled to Sunday, September 17th.
  • Liturgy of the Word for Children:  Cancelled during the 9:00 am and 10:30 am Masses to resume September 17th.
  • Family of Faith Community Meeting:  Cancelled, adult meeting will be held on Wednesday September 13th.
  • Confirmation Meeting (2nd Year Students and Parents):  Cancelled, next meeting will be held on October 1.
  • Happy, Life Teen Guest Speaker:  Cancelled, rescheduling information to follow.
  • Youth Choir Practices – Cancelled, rescheduled to Monday, September 18th
  • Eucharistic Adoration – Cancelled on Monday, September 11th.
The Parish Office, School, Preschool and Bookstore will be closed on Monday, September 11th.  As soon as we are able to confirm the safety of our property and facilities after the storm, we will communicate as to when Mass and parish activities will resume including the re-opening  of the School and Preschool.
The schedule for Saturday, September 9th is as follows:
8am Daily Mass, Confessions at 3:30pm, Vigil Masses at 5pm and 7pm (Please note the addition of the 7pm Vigil Mass)
